Agreement to Terms

By using the services of AHandymanHelps (AHandymanHelps Com LLC), scheduling an appointment, or accessing our website or client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Estimates & Invoices

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Final invoice amounts may vary from estimates based on actual materials and labor required.
• A Business Operations Fee (BOF) of 12.99% applies to all labor charges.
• Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number to AHandymanHelps, you consent to receive SMS text messages including appointment confirmations, job notifications, and project updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Payments

• We accept all major credit cards processed securely via Stripe.
• A $35 fee applies to all returned checks.
• Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee.

Presence of Minors

For the safety of minors and the protection of our team, AHandymanHelps requires that a responsible adult (18 or older) be present at the property for the duration of all scheduled service visits.

Our technicians are not permitted to perform work on a property where only minors are present. If our team arrives and no adult (18+) is on-site, the visit may be rescheduled and a trip fee may apply. By approving an estimate or scheduling a visit, you confirm that a responsible adult will be present.

Warranty

If you experience any issues with work performed by AHandymanHelps within 30 days of project completion, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This warranty covers workmanship defects and does not cover issues caused by misuse, third-party alterations, or unrelated damage.

Limitation of Liability

AHandymanHelps Com LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question.
